  • Prioritised breakdown attendance
  • Inclusive of all call out and labour costs
  • Parts chargeable separately
  • On-line access to activity reports

Careplan level 3 agreement includes:

  • Eight preventative maintenance visits a year
  • Fully inclusive of all call out and labour charges
  • Fully inclusive of all breakdowns between services
  • PAT certification where applicable
  • All non-consumable parts included
  • Same day call out on breakdowns
  • On-line access to activity reports
  • A planned maintenance programme
  • Includes a planned schedule of service visits
  • Includes call out and labour charges for emergency breakdowns
