Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (FPCC)
The Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (FPCC) course is built from a list of over 50 categories including appliances, surfaces, walls and dishwashing. The course is taught through group discussion, demonstration and practical hands on experience. Once competence is achieved by all delegates, a formal assessment is undertaken. Premiere’s Training Academy offers training and assessment for FPCC stages 1, 2 and 3.
